I use comedy to help people talk like they mean it, connect like they feel it, and trust their own voice — onstage and off.
Comedy isn’t just about making people laugh. It’s a powerful tool for building confidence, embracing vulnerability, and communicating authentically.
My journey began in musical theatre and stand-up, where I discovered how humor can do more than entertain, it can transform. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best comedy comes from what’s real, messy, and uniquely yours.
Today, I perform on national stages, teach workshops, coach aspiring comedians and professionals, write for some of the biggest comedians working today and speak about confidence, resilience, and the healing power of humor. My work is rooted in creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people can grow, take risks, and own their voice.
